We are Pvselfcare.x. As a company, we want to help out ladies and men with skin problems they are struggling with or have issues with by offering our products to them. We encourage everyone to be their own style, pick products that fit them and we sometimes give out discount codes if they are unable to get what they want. If you ordered from us, it would show us the love and appreciation that you have towards our brand and other small businesses like us.

Policies.

Shipping 

We do not ship out products on holiday, instead, your order will be shipped the next day. We are not held responsible for any damaged or lost packages.

Refunds And Exchanges

Make sure that you have double-checked your email and your address. If you have given us any wrong details, we cannot be held responsible. Please understand that we do not accept returns or give out refunds. Every package sent out is exactly what is being shown on the image with some extra goodies. We do not accept refunds, but if you would like an exchange of a product you have ordered, there are specific guidelines that need to be followed.

The product must be sealed. We can not take the product back if it has been opened or even used. Exchanges are only eligible with purchases that you have had within 5 days of the product being delivered to you. If you have gad the product for over 5 days, it can not be exchanged.

In the note section of your order please let us know whether you have sensitive skin and anything that you are allergic to.
